Cette cavitation induit dans les tissus interstitiels des micros dommages, ceux-ci seraient responsable d\u2019une partie de l\u2019effet th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne (cavitation) permet \u00e9galement le bris des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de calcification de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 promouvoir leur r\u00e9absorption, l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019ost\u00e9og\u00e9n\u00e8se et l\u2019analg\u00e9sie par hyperstimulation similaire \u00e0 l\u2019application provoqu\u00e9e par certaines applications d\u2019\u00e9lectrode analg\u00e9sie.<\/p>\n<p>Par apr\u00e8s, l\u2019effet cr\u00e9e \u00e9galement un saignement sur la zone trait\u00e9e, cette hyper vascularisation locale permet aux tissus atteint, la formation de nouvelles fibres saines.<\/p>\n<p>Cette th\u00e9rapie permet de fragmenter les calcifications tendineuses et les micro-calcification au niveau de la jonction t\u00e9no-p\u00e9riost\u00e9e, elle stimule l\u2019ost\u00e9og\u00e9n\u00e8se et stimule les fibres nerveuses dans le but d\u2019inhiber la douleur.<\/p>\n<p>Cet appareil est plus particuli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9 pour \u00a0les pathologies inflammatoires (\u00e9picondylite, fascite plantaire, \u2026).
